Our production comes from the past. From tradition. Our artisan mustards are produced following the same indications that were followed since the end of the 1800s in Unione Fabbriche Mostarde Mantovana.

This is why we bring our products and our mustard culture to the Guastalla event, a Gonzaga outpost today in Reggio Emilia. An event that wants to rediscover the past through crops and foods, through the ancient agricultural tradition of these places.
